HaloEntry Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At HaloEntry, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@haloentry.com. Do not send products back without receiving return authorization and return instructions from our support team.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

- Products that arrive damaged during shipping
- Products that arrive defective or malfunctioning
- Products that are materially different from what was ordered
- Products that arrive with missing essential components

Photos or videos may be required to verify damage, defects, or incorrect items before a return, replacement, or refund is approved.

Non-Defective Returns

Requests to return non-defective products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because many HaloEntry products are fulfilled through specialized suppliers and manufacturers, not all items can be returned after shipment. Approval of non-defective returns is at HaloEntry's sole discretion.

If a non-defective return is approved:

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The product must be returned unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Products that have been installed
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or components
- Clearance, final-sale, or specially discounted items
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

Exchanges

HaloEntry does not offer direct product exchanges.

If a replacement is approved for a defective or damaged item, we may provide a replacement unit, replacement parts, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to:

- A defective product
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item sent by HaloEntry or its fulfillment partners

HaloEntry may provide a replacement, return shipping assistance, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

For approved non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact HaloEntry support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
